Youtube Issue

I need help. Something is wrong with my youtube. When i click video that has a link in description or whatever, it doesnt show. I didnt change anything and it didn't used to do this. Help. (Look at description in ss)

uninstall reinstall google, dissable extensions, etc

could it be because I set up parental restrictions myself

but i set the account to be under 13
