Currently using a laptop and want to change back to a desktop my laptop CPU is currently faster than my desktop CPU and I'm wondering what's the best CPU I can get without having to get a new motherboard and memory or would I be best to just upgrade everything also wondering what is the best GPU right now currently using a mobile 2060 which for some reason has been a better experience than my rx 580 and my old 5700 xt that I sold
