What happens when you try to boot from it?

#

Does it just return to the bios boot menu?

Have you tried creating a windows boot usb to attempt repair on it?

You'll need to boot into an OS from another source, USB windows boot media, or another disk drive, to be able to inspect the WD drive. If you're lucky it's just the os part of the drive that's corrupted and you can reinstall the os or recover data. Otherwise it doesn't look good. Either way I'd recommend a new storage solution
