Hello !!
So I'd like to upgrade my ram here is my setup:
CM : ASUS PRIME Z690-P WIFI
CPU: Intel Core i5-12600KF (3.7 GHz / 4.9 GHz) ==> AIO : be quiet! Silent Loop 2 360mm
CG : MSI GeForce RTX 3080 Ti GAMING X TRIO 12G LHR
SSD: Kingston KC2500 2 To
Tour : Lian Li LANCOOL III RGB Noir

Ram : Kingston FURY Beast RGB 16 Go (2 x 8 Go) DDR5 6000 MHz CL40

I'm wondering if I should upgrade it by taking another kit of the same kind so (4x8 DDR5 6000 MHz CL40 )
or if I should upgrade to : Kingston Fury Renegade DDR5 RGB 64GB (4x16) 6400MT/s DDR5 CL32
Note that I might be able to return my last ram so it's not an issue for me to change,
Is it worth the change? And will they be able to work with my motherboard as on asus site it says 6000mhz max; however this site : (https://pangoly.com/en/compatibility/asus-prime-z690-p-wifi/ram) say it might work.

depends on your use case, in most cases that much ram is probably overkill, and the performance benefits of the faster ram is likely going to be negligible for the cost. I would probably recommend doing the 4*8@6000
