Any clues in Event Viewer ?
I dont know but nothing spiked for volatge or in task manager
Check Event Viewer to see what could have caused the issue.
theres one critcal and 9 errors, the critical is The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. and the errors are A fatal hardware error has occurred.

i think ik what it is i found a reddit forum and it said to reduce clock speeds of ram in bios
So, first things first. Did you update Windows recently ?
From when did the issue start to arise ?
Most probably reducing clock speed of RAM won't help, as it says clearly here that the error was reported by Processor Core
