#CPU Usage and temp randomly spiking on iddle, every few seconds

I noticed my CPU temps looked funny, like it was a god damn EKG from a person, they weren't high, but they showed usage in almost a rhythmically manner

Then I went to check CPU usage and I saw this

Is there a reliable way to find the culprit? I booted into safe mode and saw that I didn't had this issue, and looking at process sorting by cpu usage isn't telling me much

Driving me nuts cause it randomly boost my cores and it's messing with my temp graphs, shouldn't be a big issue but the fact that it isn't a flat line drives me crazy

I solved it, corsair ICUE was somehow sending packages and boosting my cores for no reason
