PC clicking no display but powers on

After turning on it clicks then turns off for like 4 sec then turns on again

So after connecting the SSD it has no display

But it doesn't click anymore

After plugging in all the drive it does this thing

Ok it started clicking and turning off

Are these 2 different ram sticks?

Cause they look totally different
If yes, I would try to remove one of them

Ok it has 2 boot screens and the first one is on the SSD and this one is on the HDD ???

Clicking indicates that your psu shut off, could be a short issue or insufficient power. If you have two copies of windows please only use one or the other not both.

Use the one on your SSD, remove the one on the harddrive
