It should be fine. Bubbles will make their way into the rad and then stay there. Pump should maybe run on full power for an hour maybe though

It’s perfectly fine, as long as the pump isn’t higher than the highest point of the radiator

Even then it would be fine, as long as the tubes are on the bottom side of the radiator. The bubbles would make their way into the radiator and end up in the end tank of it.
