#[SOLVED] AUSU Motherboard stuck on Crashfree BIOS

there are dedicated bios ports for the bis flash, make sure you are plugged into that
it should have a white ring around the usb port and sometimes says "bios" in small lettering
theres no one of those on my mobo
what is on the recovery mdoe screen? anything that you can get out of and change? pictures?
are you sure you have the correct file? it is specific to every motherboard

I can try loading it onto the USB again
SOLVED
After looking into it more the BIOS renamer tool renames it with the .CA file extension. This needed the .CAP extention
