Hi, I've recently encountered this issue where my AMD Processor clocks are always running at 5.5k MHz (base clock is 4.5k MHz), also for some reason the temperatures of the processor are very high (my friend has the same processor, worse cooling and worse airflow but gets better temps then I do), What would be the issue here?
#AMD Ryzen 9 7950X Clocks maxed out.

Did you overclock your cpu?
Is the temps on idle?
Cause 60 degrees while underload is completely normal and infact it’s cool especially for an air cooler
Idle
And its an AIO

Ngl i’m confused here
Did this problem occur after you did something or did it occur randomly
No it was like that from the start
Idk if this is a thing for ryzen but there is something called C-states you can try and disable / enable them
