windows desktop freezing on sign in

hey guys when I start up my PC today it froze on desktop and it’s very slow, cannot open much but can manage to open very laggy control panel and task manager. It wasn’t like this yesterday and was completely fine. Also when I go on a different user my PC runs better. Is it program or something? I attached image of what it looks like right now.
