i bought a used r 6600xt from ebay and thhe monitor turns on but bios wont display

the fans also dont spin

but apparently they dont need to if the temps are fine

my old gpu works fine

yeha i pm'd with him, and told him the fans at least start when turning on, he does not believe me sometimes and thinks he should install drivers first before getting a screen...

Some Boards have multiple slots. Yours only has the one x16 one
