what are you taking about? your gpu is at 100% useage

the bottle neck i see is your ram and gpu, you cant upgrade your gpu since its a laptop so get 16gb of ram, that will only half solve your issue

make sure your plugged in while playing games too

look at the dedicated gpu memory its literally only using 300mb and it says that its using 100%
