Yes, bios and everything loads normal. It shows the windows boot manager as a boot option as well.

I think the problem is, is that you copied an old OS to the new drive and didn't install it. Use windows media creation tool and a usb drive to install windows properly from the scratch.

You cloned your drive? In that case could maybe be amd chipset drivers being stupid and breaking stuff? You might just have to reinstall and move your stuff manually
