#CPU overheating issues

I have a ryzen 5900x and when I was rendering out a project at night my computer crashed and shut off due to cpu temperatures climbing. I’ve tried to restart my computer but now I can’t get it to stay on for more than 5 minutes. I’ve had this computer for about a year now and haven’t had any major cpu overheating issues like this before. Today it randomly kept overheating, I checked bios and my aio pump appears to be working just fine and all my fans are spinning

If you dont mind can you tell me when did you reapplied the thermal paste?

yeah i would try repasting and a remount of your cooler. make sure you provide enough, more is better than not enough. wipe off all the old thermal paste and then reapply

I recently upgraded my gpu and power supply but I’m pretty sure it didn’t change anything

Also, occasionally, my computer would freeze for about a second and this has always happened to me since the day I built my computer
