Yeah the recording made it look like the taskbar was 7 Basic but I see the 10 icons now

if its the same issue on both browsers its more likley an issue with the pc itself than a browser related issue or your stream

nah bro they dont have any issue its like i am streaming on discord and the stream is flashing like this

when i am not moving my cursor the stream starts flashing like this

Please clarify. Your are not seeing your screen flash right ? What I understand is that when you stream your browser, to your friends, it flashes right ?

Yes but not particularly the browser, whatever I stream the stream start flashing like this on their side

Alright, Try disabling HARDWARE ACCELERATION in your BROWERS's settings
