Hi! This is the first time a built a PC and I am having an issue where my mobo which has, MSI EZ debug leds, keeps showing a solid light on cpu and dram, can anyone help?

Please make sure the CPU is seated properly, and same for the ram

Check the CPU for any bent pins, after each removal of hardware, reset the CMOS by unplugging power then holding the power button for 10 seconds

So I tried having 1 stick of ram in and it booted but I after put in the second stick it went to the error code
