Posting here again cause no one could help me last time I tried.

I rebuilt my rig into a Corsair 4000 series case. I have a Gigabyte B450-A pro, a GTX1660Ti and a 2700X.

For some reason, any time I plug in any fans, including the CPU fan, they all run on full blast as soon as the PSU is powered on. They run normallly if the machine is on, but when it’s off, the CPU light on the motherboard lights up, and the fans run full blast

Do they run full blast on startup, but when windows is loaded, they are fine?

No, they run on full blast before start up if the PSU is even powered on, they run full blast

Are they plugged straight into the PSU?

Or are they wired only through the motherboard

Due to misunderstanding how fans work. Seen it before.

Like sata power for the fans into psu

That would make them spin at 100
