Super cool but you could use a better type of fan for the exhaust fan. It should be airflow fan not a static pressure fan. The fan you have there is meant ffor static pressure i.e. pushing air through a lot of resistance aka a cooler, the fan you should have is a airflow fan like this:

Coolers should have a static pressure fan like the one you have as your exhaust

here is a usefull chart provided by noctua:

The fan you have there as you can see is quite universal but for exhaust an NF-S12A or NF-S12B would be better
