First check which program your gpu is using

Basically your pc is using your gpu at 100%

#

So it’s not surprising it gets you 70 degrees

#

Press "Ctrl+Shift+Esc" to open the Task Manager, and then maximize this page. Check whether you can see the GPU usage in Processes (the window may be too small for you to see the GPU).
If you don't see it, please right click "CPU" and tick "GPU", and you should be able to see the GPU data.

next time it's running , do a right click on it , then proprieties and try to see the folder or the program that is using it ... seems like a virus or a heavy streaming ...
