i'm a little confusd about PCie bandwidth on my motherboard. Can i add a pcie3x4 card to this?

i think it shd be OK, but the manual says that all the Pcie slots share badnwidth, otoh it also says Pcie4x16 slot goes thru the CPU directly but the other ones can go thru the chipset so, it's ok?

you have enough lanes, but you will need some form of adapter or riser from x16 to x4
as you have no x4 slot

ye as long as you can plug it in, as it wont go into the x1 connectors and you seem to have no x4 connectors it will be fine
