I don't know why it's been like this, bcs since last friday and the days before that it was fine like normal then i brought it to school and my classmate plugged a usb and transferred a video file we need for a project (it was still fine during this time) and i shut it down like normal and it didn't show any lag whatsoever until i turned it on back home and it was laggy, somewhat frequent Blue screens, Aptios utility screens, delayed actions, and it gets heated up faster when theres nothing even on
but a month or two? before this i accidentally dropped it while it was in my bag and the top left and bottom right of the laptop got dented
If someone can help i would be indebt to you since i need this for my school work and i have tons of important files that i cant transfer anywhere else to in here...

How far does it get? do you get into windows? can you go into safe mode?
files have nowhere to go? well they can always go on a usb stick, as in cover your most important files.
same goes with opendrive / dropbox/ google drive to park some files.
