So i assembled my pc around August of 2021 with following parts
Gigabyte b550 gaming X
Ryzen 5 3600
Gtx 1660
16gb ram
450W crosshair psu
1 - 240gb nvme pcie 3.0
1- 1tb ssd
Near October 2022 i got a problem but when I went to service center of gigabyte they said and showed that it was working fine.
They did bios update, installed my cpu and ram's and kept it on for like 1hr with a video playing they used their own ssd to boot up windows as I didn't have mine there at the time.
I did a clean windows install and it was working fine and in about a month it suddenly turned off all fans keep spinning and lights up but mouse keyboard goes and monitor goes black with no signal.
After the pc turns off it will not turn back on for like 1-2 days.
When I press the power button fans starts spinning but nothing happens at all.
And sometimes when this random turn off starts it will keep happening again and again very frequently for which I just clean install windows again.
I have clean installed windows 10 and windows 11 as well even updated my bios to F15 for B550 Gaming X.
I had used the kms client key thing of windows 2-3 times after that I never bothered to do it as it was waste of an effort also idk if its relevant but if I did do the kms thing this problem would happen way earlier rather than it taking 1 month.
At this stage I am assuming the problem is with that kms client windows key thing I did but shouldn't it be gone when I do a clean install. If not then is there a way to remove it so I don't have to literally install windows almost every month.
Or is there some other issue that I am unaware of.
Oh forgot to mention that for me to use pc again I unplug everything like mouse keyboard hdmi mic etc frm motherboard back panel for 1-2 days, only and only after that can I access bios and do fresh windows install with via USB.
Thank you
