low gpu usage

my gpu usage is very low
like it is 40-50% only while gaming
but in menus it is 95-100%
game : battlefield 5
system specs : i5 10300h
16gb dual channel ram
gtx 1650ti
512gb ssd
used every setting wether low or high ( on lowest i get only around 50fps while on medium 80fps but gpu usage is still very low)

It's a quad core CPU, What's the per-core usage on the CPU? You can see that in Task manager in the "performance" tab

What is it like in-game? That's the more important part. But judging by the fact that your usage was above 80%, I'd say that all your cores get used around evenly

You can also try setting everything to the max settings to see if you get a higher GPU usage, if you do, then you were CPU bottlenecked before. The 10300H is the weakest 10th gen i5 mobile lineup

but DX12 is shit kinda
