Quite literally just want to use this thing since I've got it, and the most recent driver that works (without crashing Windows) is from 2015. :/
I was wondering if I can get custom/modded drivers for the GT 610.

Apparently you missed it, Official Drivers (after 2015) crash Windows.
The most recent driver that works (without crashing) is 347.88.
