Hey so I recently got fans that have both molex power and 3 pin jst is 1 better? And what will happen if I try to double power them? (Faster rpms or dead MOBO?)

What are you trying to accomplish? First you ask if a 3 pin or a molex is better then you want to double a power limit? Whatever that means and then now you say you have a dead motherboard and you get faster rpms. What????

A 3 pin will run your fans at max speed. So will the molex connector. There is no pwm control so they will be loud all the time

Connector won’t matter. It’s all 12v or 5 volt pending which pin you grab from the molex connector.
