The problem is the system does not complete the post process to get into windows.
try re seating the rams?
Ok ill give that a try, I removed the GPU as I suspected a possible power issue.
Are there any POST lights or boot codes on the board?
It should give some indication of where it's getting stuck
Could be any number of things
Sorry question - are the lights on the MB? I don't see any cause the PC starts then 2 seconds later shuts down
You might have shorted your motherboard out or you have a bad PSU. Unfortunately it's really hard to say what the problem is. I had a similar issue a few years ago and had to replace my motherboard, but this can be a number of different things, there's also no guarantee any of your other hardware wasn't damaged from a short. That's rough.
i had the same kind of thing a while back. legit just took out EVERYTHING and then reseated everything a few times and it started working
or you could check that all the cables are connected properly to the psu first
although now that i look at the video it looks like the systems shuts down after the ram lights go on so maybe try different ram sticks if you have any?
Im starting to suspect short - this PC was fine for over 6 months
have you upgraded anything before it started this?
No nothing
