hyper x static

I ordered two different hyperx headsets and both of them ended up making static noise while they were in wirless mode. Does anyone have a fix?

you have headphones that make static? oh cool they are from hyper x but i dont know the model so thas great! 🙂

did you:
install hyper x software and update the firmware?
try to see if other non hyper x devices make the same static noise?
have you looked at the manual for any specific mention of the wireless mode?
have you talked to hyper x support? what did they say?

Isn't static normal for wireless headsets mics? I have a corsair one and it has a static too but not hardcore tho

yeah its static when there is a video about to play but im not playing it, switching to a non video tab stops the static noise
