#problem with drive access (System drive access denied to all accounts)

hi i have problem that i dont see a way of entering my drive as i set permission to everybody "DENY" which made the drive inaccessible, now that windows doesnt have access to itself i cant open several apps as all freeze up or 5 minutes later return an error of invalid permission, now all i want is to acces the drive and copy everything except Windows folder then format it and reinstall windows, in the best i would love to just gain the permissions back thanks everybody who helps :((

sorry for the czech language in pictures but trust me you do not need to translate as everywhere is just (not enough permission etc...)

i used some cmd thing called Icscls or smth like that

and i think right after using that i started having issues entering even the editor

btw UAC is broken as its in System Drive

that sounds like i have no access to cmd/shell (i have second drive here with clean win 10 installation)

you can try to do it programatically using powershell

Well then you know, you could do allot of weird stuff on the OS.
and break it in thousands ways

because thats what you are allowed to do.

and maybe windows didnt "child proof" this part of the OS.
