#help with pc being slow sometimes

so whenever I download some things like valorant or some games my pc glitches out sometimes, and when I play some games like atomic heart, Minecraft, fallout 76, my system makes it so I can’t use my start menu to open thjngs like Microsoft edge and even use my power button but I can use the search bar only sometimes

I know this is a confusing message but I’m typing out what I remember on it

I’m using windows 11 with medium/high specs on my pc so I’m asking to see if there is something wrong?
to my knowledge my drivers are up to date

It did it on windows 10 too a few times but mainly when I download games my pc runs much slower, has problems with fps or launching games slower and overall acts out of the ordinary

It is normal that PCs slow down when downloading games, especially at higher speeds.
