Macbook trackpad not working after clean

Gave my macbook a small clean, i blew some air but i only used a brush on the fan and worked normally at first but now my trackpad does not work, i can move the cursor around but i cannot click

if i enable tap to click it lets me click but it doesnt recieve when i physically click it and also does not play the haptic

Odds are you screwed something up when you cleaned it out. Did you remove anything other than the bottom panel?

If it's an older model, you can tighten or loosen the trackpad with a screw, which may enable you to click again (worked for me)

no macos expert but get it to a repair shop 🤔 mac stores probably say it cannot be repaired and want you to buy a new one.

if you have a decent repairshop nearby which also repairs Mac's this would be a good option .
