as the title says, i get random computer crashes. tbh it feels like the fans on my computer slow down when this happens, i cant type anything or use mouse and after 5 - 10 secs the computer is usable again.
Can someone please help me how to diagnose/troubleshoot and repair this.

You can check event viewer to see what the error was at the time of the crash

but nothing shows up, its wiered
