They aren't in a folder, it's multiple folders of each program

You can use this directory assuming all your apps are downloaded onto your c drive. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs

The path is C:\Users<username>\AppData\RoamingMicrosoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs, it's not in programData (for me at least)
Edit: it's actually in both locations, but the autostart only works from the AppData folder for me

I'm on windows 11 maybe they changed locations?
Either way you can do both directories and it will work
