Hey, this has been happening for over a year. My time is practically never correct. Like right now it is 1:36am my computer is displaying 10:48pm. I tried making the time manual, automatic, I tried syncing literally nothing works. After I shutdown computer and turn it back on the time would be off again. Any help would be really appreciated thank you.

could be the CMOS battery 'The CMOS battery is also responsible for keeping track of the computer's time and date systems. If you have a dying CMOS battery your computer will have problems booting up. You might also notice other changes like disappearing drivers and incorrect date and time.'
