im connected via cable, r3 3300x 16gb, of ram 3200mhz, gtx 1650, i think download, it happened yesterday and is slow since then, only my pc

someone else a few hours ago reported the same issue your having. I told the other person it might be an issue with a 3rd party server or their internet, but it's very possible that it's actually steam that's the issue. I'll link you to that post.
