13700K 3080ti z790 strix F, 32gb DDR5,

No motherboard lights, did test bunch prior to putting in case, cpu was detected, no problems

#

Possibly need to update bios?

Monitors do light up but then go to sleep shortly after

Also the fans slowly start to run at full speed

You checked that the standoffs for the case are in the right locations right?
