AMD Driver

I am very confused on what my computer means by something about an amd driver. I have a GIGABYTE 3060 ti and an i7 11700f I get this message everytime I turn on my PC and I could use some help. Also I turned on core integrity on windows defender and got 3 messages saying a driver cannot load on this device. Stating "A security setting is detecting this as a vulnerable driver and blocking it from lading. You'll need to adjust your settings to load this driver" could someone just please help me out??
