i am not an expert this but as far as i know the computer will give you two options to choose on which windows

Yea it won't cause you any issues. As long as the primary boot device is set to your current SSD, you're good to go.
If its a new PC, then its better to reinstall windows.
@compact niche you're right, but I think he just needs to pull data from an old drive. New machine is already set up and running windows on new SSD
