Anyone have a idea why I’m stuttering? Or choppy? My specs Gigabyte Radeon RX 6900 XT 16 GB 1TB SSD MSI PRO Z690-A DDR4 Cpu Cooler-Deepcool AK620 Cpu-I7 12700KF 12- core Case-Phanteks Eclipse 5 fans- Artic P12 HDD- 2TB western Blue- 32GB of ram 2x16 GB ram 3600mhz Ripjaws sticks
I sent out my GPU for a RMA and they sent it back saying it was running fine, no drops etc but when I test it I get power drops and when that happens I get really bad performance my gou usage drops my cpu usage spikes making my performance awful. I’m on 2k res yes my BIOS is updated same with everything else

Power drops? How big is your PSU?
Could be psu related, have you checked event viewer to see if anything is in there?
I would recommend giving DDU a shot, will uninstall any video drivers and remnants, then try installing the latest manufacturer driver.
Yes DDU is always good - stuttering is usually not a hard hardware fault like insufficient power.

Gpu power draw it doesn’t stay as consistent it should like it did with RMA people but when I test it it doesn’t

Yep temps are perfect that’s the thing
I stress test at 99% load
Doesn’t get above 75c
Check if you are getting any events in event viewer related to this?
Would be best to see a like for like test on it though to check values against each other
