Usually it shuts down in game Smite, but in couple others too , smite is running on lowest , sometimes play Ark survival evolved on max and it plays smooth, not sure but i think it might be Power supply , but i did check friend PS it was 50W more than mine , this are my specs down , i just cant get which part is at fault.
Sometimes it does reboots the pc or even freezes the black screen , sometimes with sounds sometimes without.

AMD RYZEN 7 3700X 8-core processor 3.60 ghz

Ram
16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1199MHz

PS
Corsair CV550

graphics
PHL 223V5 (1920x1080@60Hz)

Just by glancing at your stats I think your GPU is the bottle neck here. I could be wrong. thats a 9 year old GPU that only has 4gb of VRAM. 550w is not the best but should be the problem. The rest of your specs are pretty good

Rarely or not at all, as i mentioned the game Ark its quite a game to run. So ive tested it and didnt get to the solution my idea is to change things 1b1 , i did left the pc for tech guys to check , but i think they didnt get the issue and just said somth wrong with the graphic card, and it needs some cooking but the chances it surviving the cooking method are low

Im thinkin still to upgrade the GCard ,but i wanted to build another pc from the old one, im thinkin to buy rtx 3060 asus tuf, and im wondering are the prices usually the same in most countries?, should i buy it now in now Poland or when ill be at Canada in a couple of months

prime95 is for the CPU , it can run indefinitly

if it heats up and craps out your pc . its the processor

#

if the Furmark craps out your PC its the GPU.

#

if memtest86 craps out its the RAM. ( needs a usb stick to run ) and can take all night 4 passes requires to know its correctly working.

oh boy... did you check the temps?

you can probably redo the test no problem , and check the TEMPS on the GPU. furmark has a line on it.

Well its just creating heat by doing calculations, and your heating solutions aka Fans and thermal paste should be able to dissipate the heat.

hello again so, im trying again to get to know what is happening with my pc and if it is really the GPU (it has aprox 7 years so its quite old i did change for new power supply and the issue persists)

was wondering if that could be a directX 12 issue , since GPU is old and i was thinking if the Directx 11 would do anything ?

running most of benchmarks dont shut it down , funny thing sometimes it shuts down when google chrome is up with other couple of apps

so if i dont get new info about it ima buy any other gpu just to try for sake of it
