I was reseting my pc and my power randomly cut off during the process. Now it keeps rebooting up and will pop up with this screen over and over

Aiaiai. When your pc is interupted like that, something might shorted.
Can you get into bios or not?

Switch it off from the power supply

#

then hold the power button for 20 seconds

#

then switch it back on

#

This is my first ever pc I dont know how to get into bios or what it is
