-So to start, I have this really weird occurrence will list the hardware below, but the issue is that everything can be running as normal and then WHAM, steam stop's working and everything kind of lock's up, only a few things will open or function, but I know thing's are going lock up as steam is the first thing that will stop opening for some reason no matter how many time's I force close the task, it simply will not open, now before you can conclude that this is a steam install issue, it's not. I wiped the PC, installed new driver's, tried different SSD's/HDD's, updated bios to latest, etc. This only started happening a couple of months ago, I never recall an issue with windows 10, only now that I have updated to windows 11 22h2 has this started occurring, although early W11 none of these issue's existed, now a simple restart fixes the issue, here's the catch. WINDOWS WILL NOT BOOT, period. It get's stuck in a cycle of trying to repair windows causing me to hard power down via the button, this will happen a number of times until the system will read correctly and boot to windows like nothing ever happened. I am not sure if it's a MB issue or CPU, or quite possibly just windows 11, any idea's!? hardware listed below

-12900K
-Z690 ASUS D4 MB
-128G DDR4 3200 overclocked to 3600 this happened with and without XMP profiles, no effect either or
-SSD's/HDD's 20TB of storage.
-3080ti EVGA FTW3
-2070S EVGA
-1200 PSU

If I had to guess, it's some stupid combo of 12th gen, and W11 and some stupid OC setting that's fucking up steam.

#

As much as I ADORE dinosaur's, I'll just wait for 14th gen and z890mb's.

Hopefully they sort some shit out.
