Earlier today my JBL Tune 710BT randomly stopped working on the left side after using them with an aux cord for my school work. I figured what the hell and plugged them in to see if that would work and it did. So now both sides work when they're plugged in, but only the right side when on BT. Its not my phone as the startup sound also only plays from the right side. Another thing I've tried is resetting them, didn't do a thing.
Any help or thoughts are appreciated, thanks in advance!

Just thinking how the 3.5mm plug would be wired
the chances of the a channel of the built in dac/amp dying is incredibly low
I'm fairly certain it's a wire disconnect
But if the 3.5mm jack runs through the main pcb and the wires all meet at the pcb then that'd isolate the dac/amp to be the issue

not to work, its bluetooth and has like the cable for when the battery runs out

Ok so 3.5mm is when battery is dead... interesting

yea thats the intended feature
but now the left side only works using the cable
it doesnt use the battery either when its using the cable

see if you can warranty it, if not then disassemble it and send me a pic

im not gonna disassemble it sorry
the warrenty's run out so ill probably just use it with the cable until i save up enough for a new one
