Non K cant overclock. F CPUs have their iGPU fused off (therefore the F), meaning you HAVE to use a discrete GPU. But the 11700F can't be overclocked, neither can the normal 11700

Nothing. Non-overclockable CPUs will boost as well but you can't really change it. You can adjust their power consumption, but you have no control over their frequency, which is what overclocking is

If you want to have some freedom and better boosting, get the 11700K, otherwise the 11700(F) will do just fine as well
