take that drive out, put it in another pc, dont boot from that drive but another, you can rescue the files and format the drive after

@lime spire i have a usb with windows 11 (same os as the laptop) how would i use the usb to boot instead of the drive?

Then after u get all the files u want saved on another drive or a usb or whatever if it’s big enough. U can fresh install
