it really depends on the mods imo, some mods loads the gpu/cpu a lot, try disabling certain mods and see if any of them causes the most perf hit

He was using radeon intergraded graphics instead of gpu

instead of his 1650*

hi i have the same problem with the same laptop lol

except it has a 5500u and rtx 3050

i get 50 fps on GTA V with 4% cpu usage and 30% cpu usage

on 1080p

i used to get 100-120 fps

but out of nowhere one day it became 50 fps

i reinstalled windows and its still the same

50-70 fps

the cpu usage is usually wrong in TM tho

are you showing your logical core? or the overal view?

because this is what it is on prime95 😄

if i use HWinfo or other monitoring softwares it shows less cpu usage
