How do i know if it matters for my Board where i slot my 2 ram sticks?
I have 2x DDR5 ram and slotted them in, but im not sure if it still matters on a z790 board?

It matters on every board. Pay attention to what your motherboard documentation says.

Do a2 and b2

Ah ok, then i slotted it wrongly
