Newly installed ARGB fans won't light up

Just installed some new fans in my case but they won't light up. In the second photo I circled what I just plugged in.

Does it respond to rgb software?

hes right install the software and chek it

if it doesn't work its voltage issue. fans can run at multiple voltages but not the leds
chek if the mobo voltage matches the rated voltage of the fans
