Steam cant find game in HDD | Linus Tech Tips | Page 1

Ok, so i build my new PC and i have my old HDD hooked up to still have all the games installed.
The games are still in a folder there, yet steam doesnt see them? i even tried to move them to the Folder where steam is currently trying to install it, yet steam is still trying to install over it
Does anyone know what i could do to make it recognize the games?

It might be because of some missing files?
