Display Driver Uninstall

Essentially Uninstalling your current drivers for your Gpu, and every trace of them, and the installing and initializing a new version or an up to date version.

If you are out of date, you could also just try updating them

Activation is, for an average user, just letting MS Know you paid for a Valid Copy of Windows

For advanced users (ahem) It can be used for many development tools, and is almost always required.
